Design Process :: Evolve Landscape Design

	At Evolve Landscape Design, we offer a range of services to ensure you can have the perfect outdoor room and garden. DESIGN PROCESS As block sizes are diminishing, backyards are becoming more and more precious. To ensure you are getting the most out of your block, a landscape designer is integral to the process… ...in 3 Easy Steps... INITIAL CONSULTATION Our designers will meet you on site to discuss ideas, options and possibilities. We will ask you questions regarding your lifestyle, your family, your budget and we will gather any other information necessary to create a design specific to your needs. 1 hour meeting/consult fee - $220.00 incl.gst (Perth Metro Area) Payment is due at the end of meeting/consult A comprehensive design brief and a written quote for our design services will be sent out a few days of our initial meeting. N.B All designs must be individually quoted after an Initial Consultation.
	CONCEPT MEETING If a scale up-to-date site plan cannot be supplied, a surveyor may need to be emplyed to carry out a sitesurvey prior to the commencement of our design services.Once an adequate site plan is attained,a site assessment will be carried out and then a 3D concept will be produced. At this stage, our concepts outline all proposed hardscapes. We will organise a meeting in our office with you to discuss our concepts and ideas, and your reaction and feedback will be recorded to adjust and alter the concept as required.
	PLANTING PLAN & FINAL DESIGN After the concept plan has been finalised, well will then create a plan view of your design and the planting schedule will be added. This will outline plant species, quanitites, soil preparation and any other information needed to create the garden. Once our final design is complete, our final handover meeting will be organised in our office. We will then organise a quote from our landscaper to build your outdoor room, if required.
	WE ALSO SUPPLY PLANTS... To ensure clients achieve the highest of quality for their gardens, Evolve Landscape Design's certified horticulturalists will source and supply plants at reasonable prices. This also means that if any plants specified on the plan are unavailable, we can then source suitable alternatives without changing the dynamics of your already planned garden.
